Sales Executive

Shift: Night Shift (U.S. timings)

Job Description:

We are looking for energetic, goal-driven, and confident Sales Executives to join our U.S.-based campaign. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to U.S.-based customers.
• Present company services/products effectively and handle customer queries.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Follow communication scripts and maintain professionalism on every call.
• Collaborate with team leads to optimize sales performance.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Previous Tele-sales or call center experience (U.S. campaign preferred).
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
• Must be comfortable working during night shift (U.S hours).
