Technical responsibilities
- Obtains required authorizations, signatures, confirmation numbers, and perform preferred, VIP, or other special services as assigned.
- Reviews completed contracts with customers to verify accuracy of information and explain rates and charges.
- Adhere to Company Quality assurance and uniform guidelines.
- Retrieve money collected in shifts and complete deposit slip and keep money in safe.
- Diploma in Associate Degree 02 Years
- To review all enquiries for its feasibility considering our resources and technical capability
- To prepare quotation
- To received PO and acknowledgement of the same with customer after consultation with CM/ACM
General responsibilities
- Sells programs and services to customers in an effort to maximize sales opportunities and meet sales goals set by management.
- Maximizes up-sells and walk-up sales based on vehicle availability, utilizing established sales techniques and dialogues. Programs and services include protection option, refueling program, special promotions, future reservations, upgrades, etc.
- Completes transaction procedures for returned vehicles and verifies accuracy of closing calculations.
- Solves problems raised by customers using sound judgement within applied empowerment guidelines and company policy.
- Coordinate with queued customer to reduce wait time and encourage efficient service. Ensure accuracy of return date and time on rental agreement.
- Prepare rental agreement folder with necessary details. Review and submit reports to supervisor.
- To provide feedback to CM/ACM on the initial feasibility study.
- To handover the post order communication to Supervisor for smoother execution of the job.
- Reports directly to CM/ACM
