The Sales Executive will drive customer acquisition by selling our repair/garage management software to automotive businesses. The ideal candidate must have experience selling similar SaaS products or solutions in the automotive/repair domain.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networks, and digital channels
Position our software by understanding customer pain points (job cards, inventory, billing, CRM, etc.)
Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing
Maintain and update sales pipelines in CRM
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Contribute insights about customer needs to product and marketing teams
Assist in onboarding customers post-sale for a smooth transition
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory: Prior experience selling Garage Management Software, Workshop Management Systems, Service Center Software, Inventory/Repair Management SaaS, Field Service SaaS, or similar products
Strong understanding of garage operations, job cards, customer management, spare parts handling, workflow tracking, billing, etc.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
Ability to perform field sales and meet customers in person
Proven track record of hitting sales targets
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Self-motivated with strong ownership and result-oriented mindset
