About the Role:

Enhanced Engineering & Multi-technologies Co. (EEMC) is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. You will utilize a consultative selling approach to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions from our range of Hospitality and Restaurant offerings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within various sectors in Kuwait.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, location visits, and utilizing online resources.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and challenges.
  • Solution Selling: Present and demonstrate EEMC's technology solutions, highlighting their value proposition and benefits to potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Account Management: Manage existing client accounts, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • CRM Utilization: Effectively utilize CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management, tracking progress towards goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Experience selling POS solutions or working within the Hospitality/Restaurant sector.
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Sales Executive or in a similar B2B sales role, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
