Job Title: Sales Executive

Experience- 2-5 Years

Location: Al Qusais, Dubai, UAE

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

· Identify and target potential clients across FMCG, food & beverage, Hospitals, Clinics, Hotels and industrial sectors.

· Conduct market research to understand customer trends, competitors, and product requirements.

· Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through calling, networking, and referrals.

· Prepare and implement territory-wise business development plans to increase market share.

2. Client Relationship Management

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams.

· Visit clients regularly to understand their packaging requirements and provide customized solutions.

· Ensure excellent after-sales support and resolve any client concerns promptly.

· Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.

3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

· Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in line with company policies.

· Develop sales proposals and product presentations tailored to client needs.

· Monitor competitor activities and recommend pricing or strategy adjustments.

4. Coordination & Reporting

· Work closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

· Follow up with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client orders.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inquiries, and client communications in our software.

· Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

5. Market Expansion & Branding

· Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B events to promote the company’s products.

· Support marketing initiatives and campaigns to enhance brand visibility in the packaging sector.

· Suggest new product ideas based on client feedback and market trends.

Key Skills and Competencies:

· Proven experience in sales of packaging materials or related industries (plastic, carton, corrugated, flexible, or labeling).

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Goal-oriented with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

· Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.

· Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree.

· 2–5 years of proven sales experience in manufacturing, FMCG, packaging or related industries.

· Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi added advantage).

· Valid UAE driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
