As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by engaging both B2B and B2C clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored furniture and interior solutions. Leveraging your design knowledge and customer-centric mindset, you will guide clients through product selection, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage B2C & B2B customers through in-store consultations, online inquiries, and field visits, providing expert guidance on furniture and design solutions.
  • Leverage your design expertise to recommend products that align with clients’ style preferences, functional needs, and spatial requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, corporate clients, real estate developers, interior designers, and procurement teams.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demos for B2B clients to support bulk orders and long-term partnerships.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, materials, finishes, and furniture innovations to enhance your sales approach.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—design, production, logistics, and marketing—to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively prospecting, following up on leads, and closing deals across multiple channels.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, quotations, and follow-ups using CRM tools for effective pipeline management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, ideally within the furniture, interior design, or home décor industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for furniture, design aesthetics, and creating meaningful customer experiences.
  • Ability to understand floor plans, materials, and product specifications.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic MS Office tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
