The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting Logistix services, closing leads, and maintaining healthy sales pipelines. This is a mix of field and digital sales, requiring strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
The ideal candidate is ambitious, confident, and comfortable engaging with business clients, especially those involved in cross-border procurement, wholesale, manufacturing, or e-commerce.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and reach out to potential business clients.
- Conduct market research to understand business needs and pain points.
- Cold calling, WhatsApp outreach, email communication, and field visits.
Sales & Client Conversion
- Present Logistix DDP services and Tradeflow Credit solution clearly and confidently.
- Prepare quotations and service proposals.
- Build trust with clients and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of high-potential leads.
Account Relationship Management
- Onboard new clients and guide them about the shipment and booking process.
- Maintain regular communication with active clients for repeat business.
- Coordinate with operations and customer support teams for smooth service delivery.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Share customer feedback and insights with management.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, e-commerce, or B2B sales is a strong plus.
Skills & Competencies

- Comfortable in field sales and meeting clients.
- Basic understanding of logistics or supply chain is a plus (training will be given).
