About the Role:

Winger is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist with 3+ years of proven experience in sales. The ideal candidate is results-driven, client-focused, and capable of building strong relationships to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Identify and approach new potential clients to expand the company’s customer base.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to client needs.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.


Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (preferably in logistics, shipping, or B2B services).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Good command of English (written and spoken).

Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
