Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at ROA Uniforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Experience in the textile or uniform manufacturing industry will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across assigned markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Promote the company’s range of uniforms and customization services to meet customer needs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in uniforms, textiles, or related industries.
• Valid driving license (mandatory).
• Arabic-speaking candidates preferred; English proficiency required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client accounts.
• Knowledge of the textile or garment industry is an added advantage.
