Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals while maintaining high service standards. The role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients through networking, referrals, calls, and market research.
• Present and promote ANA Real Estate’s property portfolio to potential buyers and investors.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance on market trends and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate client and sales records in CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and administrative teams for smooth deal processing.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, RERA regulations, community developments, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the UAE real estate market.
• Strong understanding of Dubai real estate communities, developers, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, presentable, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
• RERA certification is an advantage.
