Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Client Acquisition
  • Identify, target and onboard new clients: contractors, builders, developers, retail showrooms, distributors, project consultants, etc.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the building materials and sanitary-ware market.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities and pricing.
  • Sales & Account Management
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals and sales contracts to clients.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms and other deal conditions; close sales and secure purchase orders.
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of wholesale accounts; ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide after-sales support: coordinate with logistics/inventory/operations to ensure timely delivery, handle complaints or feedback.
  • Targets & Reporting
  • Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, contracts, order processing, follow-ups
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, sales reports, and market feedback to management.
  • Relationship & Market Engagement
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with contractors, developers, distributors, retailers, sub-contractors, project consultants, showrooms etc.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, industry-events or client meetings as required to promote products and generate leads.
  • Team & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Liaise with internal teams (logistics, inventory, marketing, operations) to ensure product availability, delivery scheduling, invoicing, and after-sale support.
  • Provide input to product planning / marketing based on customer feedback and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years (or more) proven experience in sales — ideally in building materials, sanitary ware, construction materials, hardware or related sectors in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of building materials, sanitary ware, and the UAE construction industry/market (local codes, project types, stakeholders).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills, self-motivated, proactive, target-driven, able to work independently.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across Emirates (site visits, client visits, deliveries).
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word), quotations and order-processing systems.
  • Additional languages (Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, etc.) can be an advantage depending on target client base.

Performance Metrics / KPIs

  • Number of new wholesale accounts / clients onboarded per quarter
  • Sales volume (units) and sales value (AED) — monthly / quarterly / annual targets
  • Growth in repeat business / client retention rate
  • Order-to-delivery cycle efficiency (in coordination with logistics)
  • Client satisfaction / feedback / after-sales support effectiveness
  • Market coverage: new areas, segments, projects, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
