Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Cloud Genny diverse portfolio of IT-related products and fleet management solutions, including advanced trackers and telematics. This role requires a strong understanding of both IT infrastructure and fleet operations, with a proven ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions that deliver tangible business value. You will be instrumental in expanding our market reach and building lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within target industries for both IT and fleet solutions.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, actively pursuing leads and converting them into successful sales.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their challenges and requirements related to IT infrastructure, cloud services, and fleet management (e.g., asset tracking, route optimization, driver behavior monitoring).
- Present and demonstrate Cloud Genny IT products (e.g., cloud computing services, cybersecurity solutions, data analytics platforms) and fleet products (e.g., GPS trackers, telematics devices, fleet management software) to prospective clients.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to individual client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the technical and product development teams to stay informed about product updates and provide client feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in both IT and fleet management sectors.
- Represent Cloud Genny at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and promote brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- UAE Valid Driving License
- Own visa holders will be prioritized.
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in B2B sales, with experience selling IT-related products/services and/or fleet management solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, cybersecurity, data management, and other relevant IT technologies.
- Familiarity with fleet management systems, GPS tracking, telematics, and their applications in various industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and close complex sales cycles.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
