We are looking for a proactive and customer focused Sales Executive to help drive our business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a strategic approach to sales, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through outreach, networking, and lead follow-ups.
- Present products/services to potential customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support recurring business.
- Meet assigned sales targets and provide regular performance reports.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (Real Estate sales experience is a plus and will be prioritized).
- Must be a graduated (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and client management.
- Professional attitude with a goal-driven approach.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Understanding of local market dynamics.
