Job Title: OSB Sales Executive / Sales Manager (Wood Industry Preferred)

About Us

Eastconsult Pvt. Ltd. is part of a global engineering and materials solutions group headquartered in Bangkok. Our Chennai unit deals with engineered wood products, including OSB boards, plywood alternatives, and construction materials. We are expanding our sales operations and looking for an experienced OSB Sales Executive.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell OSB (Oriented Strand Board) and other engineered wood products.
  • Develop sales through dealers, distributors, contractors, carpenters, and interior designers.
  • Visit customer sites, generate new leads, and convert them into orders.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product demos and explain technical features to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with market influencers (architects, builders, furniture makers).
  • Track competitor activity and share market insights.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports regularly.

Requirements

  • 2–8 years of sales experience in wood, plywood, MDF, particle board, hardware, or building materials.
  • Good understanding of the wood and interiors market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and field sales skills.
  • Ability to travel within assigned regions.
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
  • Any degree/diploma (background in wood or civil preferred but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,952.72 - ₹30,834.01 per month
