Position Summary
The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth for Edara Consultancy by identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities across our consultancy services, HR outsourcing solutions, and related service offerings. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, and the ability to position Edara as a strategic partner to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Proactively generate leads, build pipelines, and convert prospects into clients.
- Conduct sales presentations, solution demonstrations, and effective negotiations.
- Identify client needs and propose tailored service solutions aligned with Edara’s offerings (Consultancy, Outsourcing, HR support services, etc.)
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with corporate clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business contracts in coordination with internal departments.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Client Engagement & Account Management
- Ensure consistent follow-ups on leads, proposals, and renewals.
- Deliver excellent client experience and maintain ongoing satisfaction to maximize client retention.
- Build a solid understanding of market trends, competitors, and industry environment to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage client accounts to ensure successful delivery of services and cross-selling opportunities.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and CRM data.
- Submit timely reports on achievements, forecasts, and pipeline development.
- Participate in sales meetings, performance reviews, and strategy discussions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in consultancy or outsourcing services.
- Successful track record in meeting sales targets and achieving measurable revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of HR outsourcing and professional services market in Bahrain/GCC is an advantage.
- Valid Bahraini driving license preferred.

Compensation
- All-inclusive monthly salary (to be discussed during hiring process).
- Attractive and lucrative commission structure based on performance and revenue generated.
- No additional benefits provided outside of the base compensation and commission scheme.
