Role Summary
As a Sales Executive at Prism International Solutions, you will be responsible for driving the sale of our ICT and networking products and solutions to businesses and institutional clients. You will act as the frontline representative for Prism — generating leads, managing customer accounts, closing sales, and contributing to the growth of our market presence in Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads and opportunities within the ICT, networking and telecom sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients (e.g. IT departments, system integrators, network infrastructure buyers, resellers).
- Present and demonstrate Prism’s product and solution portfolio — including networking hardware, data center solutions, cyber-security, cabling and related ICT equipment — to clients, understanding their technical needs and providing tailored proposals.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations and proposals, negotiate pricing, terms and contracts.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs (e.g. sales volume, revenue growth, margin).
- Coordinate with internal teams (product sourcing, logistics, customer support) to ensure timely delivery, installation or fulfillment, and maintain after-sales support where required.
- Keep up to date with the latest technology trends, competitive products, and market demand in the ICT and networking domain.
- Maintain CRM / sales records and regularly report on sales pipeline, opportunities and market feedback.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within ICT, networking, telecom, or technology products distribution.
- Strong technical understanding of networking, data-center solutions, cabling (fiber/copper), IT hardware — ability to understand client infrastructure needs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple leads/accounts independently.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ideally, based in (or willing to travel across) Bahrain; familiar with local business environment and clients.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Arabic will be a plus.
Preferred (but not mandatory)
- Existing network or contacts in IT / telecom / enterprise / corporate sectors in Bahrain or GCC.
- Understanding of post-sales support and customer service expectations in technology distribution.
- Familiarity with CRM tools / sales tracking software.
