Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Islamabad Sales team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in building materials, construction, or window & door systems, with strong client relationship management and closing skills.

You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, identifying new opportunities, and managing project-based clients, including architects, builders, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Visit and build strong relationships with dealers, shopkeepers, and fabricators.
• Meet and build strong relationships with builders, architects, and contractors to promote products Generate -leads, follow up, and convert them into long-term clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Costing, Fabrication, Operations) for project execution.
• Ensure sales targets are met consistently through active fieldwork.
• Coordinate with internal teams (fabrication, supply chain, accounts) for smooth deliveries.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor products.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales (preferably in building materials or construction).
• Age Range: 25 – 35 years.
• Gender: Male.
• Computer Literacy: Moderate to good (Excel, Email, ERP familiarity preferred).
• Location: Based in Islamabad.
