SALES EXECUTIVE
The Sales Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting products, achieving sales targets, maintaining store displays, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the textile showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting garments, fabrics, and accessories based on their preferences.
- Provide product knowledge (fabric types, quality, sizes, colours, trends).
- Upsell and cross-sell products to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure a pleasant and professional customer shopping experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and visual display of the sales floor.
- Refill racks and arrange stock properly.
- Assist with stock audits, inventory counting, and daily closing activities.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, or size/fit issues politely.
- Guide customers on ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and retention.
Skills & QualificationsEducational Qualification
- SSLC / Plus Two (Preferred).
- Degree holders can also apply.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in textile/retail sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and interest in sales can also apply.
Required Skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Basic product knowledge of fabrics, garments, sizing, and trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Teamwork and time-management skills.
- Pleasant personality and customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to relocate to the work location(Hostel provided).

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
