About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with strong experience in the internal and external fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will excel in developing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the fit-out sector.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within the internal and external fit-out market.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
· Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
· Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and technical teams to provide tailored solutions.
· Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
· Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client records.
· Attend meetings, site visits, and industry networking events as required.
Requirements:
· Experience as a Sales Executive in the Contractting / Internal and External fit-out industry.
· Strong network within the fit-out, construction, or interior design sectors.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
· Ability to understand technical aspects of fit-out projects.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
