Job Title: Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for highly motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team. Your role will focus on generating leads, closing deals, and managing client communication across cold outreach channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls, send cold emails, and follow-up messages to potential clients
• Use LinkedIn and online directories to generate B2B leads
• Handle lead tracking and progress via CRM or internal systems
• Manage and bid on freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.
• Set appointments and deliver product presentations to qualified leads
• Respond to client inquiries and negotiate deals professionally
• Maintain excellent written records of communications and proposals
• Achieve monthly sales targets to qualify for commission & promotions
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding

Requirements:

• Fluent English (spoken & written) – Must be near-native level
• Proven experience in sales, cold outreach, or freelancing platforms
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
• Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, and freelancing platforms
• Highly driven, independent, and target-oriented
