Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive sales for our residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate and construction industry. This role involves identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through software, database, and cold calling.
- Identify and qualify potential clients for residential, commercial real estate projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to close deals.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored property or project solutions.
- Present and demonstrate properties or construction services to prospective buyers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals effectively.
- Keep abreast of market trends, pricing, and competitor activities in the real estate and construction sectors.
- Provide insights and recommendations for pricing and sales strategies.
- Identify potential growth opportunities and emerging markets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns that generate leads.
- Work closely with project teams to understand timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
