Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive sales for our residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate and construction industry. This role involves identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through software, database, and cold calling.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients for residential, commercial real estate projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to close deals.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored property or project solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate properties or construction services to prospective buyers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals effectively.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, pricing, and competitor activities in the real estate and construction sectors.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for pricing and sales strategies.
  • Identify potential growth opportunities and emerging markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns that generate leads.
  • Work closely with project teams to understand timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Understanding and addressing client needs effectively.
  • Familiarity with real estate and construction industry trends, legal requirements, and local regulations.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple clients effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
