Job Title: HR Operations ExecutiveDepartment: Human Resources Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: 5-6 years in real-estate fieldKey Responsibilities:1. Employee Lifecycle Management<ul><li>Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, induction coordination, and exit formalities.</li><li>Maintain employee records (digital and physical) in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.</li><li>Update HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, transfers, promotions, etc.).</li><li>Issue employee letters (e.g., offer, confirmation, appraisal, relieving, etc.).</li></ul>2. HRIS &amp; Data Management<ul><li>Generate regular reports and dashboards for headcount, attrition, leave, and other HR metrics.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems and documentation.</li></ul>3. Payroll &amp; Attendance Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, and reimbursements.</li><li>Track employee attendance, leave balances, and timesheets.</li><li>Support in monthly payroll inputs, and reconciliations.</li></ul>4. Compliance &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.</li><li>Assist in maintaining and auditing HR documents such as contracts, policies, and registers.</li><li>Support internal and external audits related to HR operations.</li></ul>5. Policy Administration<ul><li>Support in communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Help update the employee handbook, code of conduct, and other HR documents.</li></ul>6. Employee Support &amp; Communication<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations.</li><li>Support grievance handling and ensure employee satisfaction from an operational standpoint.</li><li>Help organize employee engagement initiatives and internal communication campaigns.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>5&ndash;6 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role.</li><li>Prior experience in real estate field is must.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Experience with HRIS tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Zoho People, BambooHR, etc.)</li><li>Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive HR information.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Problem-solving and process improvement mindset.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
