Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate the work of real estate agents, construction site managers, engineers, contractors, and administrative staff.
- Conduct team meetings to communicate project goals, progress updates, and address challenges.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of construction projects, and ensure it aligns with company standards.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor construction progress, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Perform regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Ensure accurate property listings, marketing strategies, and successful deal closures.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders.
- Manage property documentation, contracts, and agreements to ensure legal compliance.
- Implement quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards in construction and property management.
- Resolve any disputes or issues related to construction sites, properties, or client relationships.
- Prepare and manage budgets for construction projects and real estate operations.
- Provide regular financial reports to senior management regarding project expenditures and revenues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate Management, Construction Management, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate and construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, real estate laws, and market dynamics.
