Sales Executive

Position: Sales and Service Executive (Female)
Experience Required: 2–3 years (minimum)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and confident Female Sales and Service Executive who can generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the sales pipeline through cold calling, follow-ups, and professional presentations. The ideal candidate must be active on LinkedIn, well-connected, presentable, and strong in communication and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls, follow-up calls, and professional emails to potential and existing clients.
• Approach new companies to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline, CRM, and sales database.
• Schedule client meetings, prepare presentations, and join the team for meetings where required.
• Actively use LinkedIn to identify prospects, build connections, and promote company services.
• Develop new business opportunities and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Build professional relationships and ensure exceptional client service.
• Conduct market research to identify potential industries and business opportunities.
• Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner at all times.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, Business Administration (BBA), or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client relations.
• Strong network and active LinkedIn presence with professional contacts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, confident, target-driven, and socially active personality.
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and professional email communication.
• Ability to bring in new clients and contribute to overall business development.
