Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain daily sales data for all PAN India sales executives.
  • Assign daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Track performance of each sales executive and highlight gaps or improvements.
  • Create MIS reports based on daily sales activities, productivity, and target achievements.
  • Submit detailed daily MIS to the Operations Head.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to collect, verify and update real-time data.
  • Identify sales trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Support the Operations Head with planning, coordination, and execution tasks.
  • Maintain strong communication with field teams and resolve day-to-day issues.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Charts).
  • Good understanding of sales reporting and target management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
