About Us:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow our brand performance within LuLu Stores. This role involves end-to-end sales management, communication between LuLu Store teams and our internal Merchandising team, and ensuring smooth execution of sales plans, promotions, and product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the full sales process for our products in LuLu Stores across assigned locations.

· Act as the main communication bridge between LuLu Store management and our Merchandising team.

· Develop and implement sales plans, monthly targets, and store-wise performance strategies.

· Monitor product availability, visibility, and pricing to ensure alignment with LuLu requirements.

· Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and generate reports.

· Coordinate promotional activities, in-store displays, and new product launches with LuLu teams.

· Identify growth opportunities and recommend actions to improve sales and market presence.

· Ensure all activities follow LuLu’s operational standards, compliance rules, and brand guidelines.

· Resolve store-level issues promptly and maintain strong professional relationships with store managers and key stakeholders.

· Support merchandisers with updates, instructions, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution in stores

· Qualifications & Skills:

· Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Key Account Executive, or similar role in home appliances, and electronic category..

· Strong experience working with LuLu Stores or similar hypermarket chains in the UAE/GCC.

· Solid understanding of LuLu’s processes, requirements, and store operations.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to analyze sales data and translate into actionable insights.

· Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to manage multiple stores efficiently.

· Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

· Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
