Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – R&D Sector

Location: Bhosari, Pune
Experience: 0–1 Years ( Female candidate required)
Salary: 10,000 to 15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the R&D and engineering sector
• Coordinate with existing and new clients to understand their requirements
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Follow up with clients for negotiations, closures, and post-sales support
• Maintain proper records of client interactions, leads, and sales data
• Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Engineering, Production) for smooth project execution
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong client coordination and relationship management ability
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn technical and R&D-related products/services

Educational Qualification:

• BBA / B.Com / B.Sc (Freshers can apply)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidate from engineering / R&D / industrial sales background will be an added advantage
• Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
