Job Summary

Skodtec Elevators LLC is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our elevator solutions, preparing proposals and closing sales for residential, commercial and industrial elevator projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for elevator installation, maintenance and modernization services.
  • Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and recommend suitable elevator solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations and technical proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales with strong customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
  • Coordinate with the engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM/software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (engineering, business, or related field preferred).
  • 2-3 year proven experience in elevator sales.
  • Strong understanding of elevator systems (traction, hydraulic, home lifts, dumbwaiters, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • UAE driving license preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
