Job Title: Sales Executive – Outbound Caller
Location: Johar Town, Lahore (Onsite)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (US Shift) (Remote)
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: 80,000 – 150,000 PKR + Incentives

SourceTeK, a portfolio company of The Services Tree, provides recruitment and staffing services to global clients. We are expanding our US staffing team and seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to engage with US-based businesses and generate new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to US companies and decision-makers.
• Present staffing and recruitment services to potential clients.
• Generate qualified leads and secure interest for meetings and contracts.
• Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system.
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand open roles and client requirements.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, outbound calling, or BPO.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of US shift operations.
• Ability to handle high-volume calling and maintain professionalism.
• Onsite availability in Johar Town, Lahore.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
