We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive growth in the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés). The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven sales experience and a strong track record in client acquisition and relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients within the assigned territory
- Present products effectively and maintain an up-to-date client database
- Close a minimum of 10 new deals per month and exceed sales targets
- Drive growth through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive follow-ups
- Track market trends, client preferences, and competitor activities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Submit daily reports on client interactions and market insights
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in HORECA
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Company vehicle provided for client visits and territory coverage
