Sales Executive (Outdoor)
Ugarit City Paints Trading LLC – Dubai

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base across both local and export markets. Your main objective will be to identify new business opportunities, promote our automotive paint products, and ensure strong market coverage.

Male candidates with automotive industry experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers in both domestic and international markets to support business growth.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our products and reinforce brand presence.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create impactful promotional materials and sales campaigns.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high-quality customer service.
• Collect market feedback and customer insights, sharing recommendations with internal teams for ongoing improvement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to introduce innovative strategies for market expansion and customer acquisition.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence.

Requirements & Skills:

• Mandatory: Proven experience in the automotive sector (Automotive paints experience is an advantage).
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
• For outdoor sales: Valid UAE driving license is required.
