Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
• Convert prospects into successful sales
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain customer records and update CRM data
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to convince and close deals
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & CRM (preferred)
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + incentives
