Sales Executive

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new business opportunities by using a consultative approach to selling. The person will use his expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Make cold and warm calls to prospective leads and follow up with potential and existing customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Assist in preparing basic cost–benefit explanations for customers
  • Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Support the development of new customer accounts and maintain existing relationships
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Build positive, long-term relationships with customers through effective communication

To Be Successful, the Candidate Should Have

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Confidence in speaking with customers (in person and over the phone)
  • Sales-oriented and target-focused mindset
  • Willingness to learn sales techniques and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • 0–6 months experience in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
