Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Conversion (Primary Responsibility)
- Handle, respond to, and follow up on all incoming leads from social media, website, walk-ins, and enquiries.
- Maintain timely communication with prospective parents and guide them through the admissions process.
- Schedule and conduct school tours, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
- Follow up to convert school tours into confirmed student admissions.
- Maintain lead records and update CRM/lead sheets regularly.
2. Proactive Sales Activities
- Identify and develop new lead sources to increase student enrolments.
- Conduct outreach activities with embassies, corporate organizations, and community groups (secondary responsibility).
- Represent Academia at external events, fairs, or community engagements as required.
3. Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with prospective parents and act as the first point of contact throughout the admissions journey.
- Provide clear and accurate information about school offerings, facilities, fees, and processes.
- Ensure high levels of customer service to maintain Academia’s reputation.
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with the internal academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth admissions handling.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on lead conversion, follow-ups, and outreach activities.
- Assist in achieving monthly and annual enrolment targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record in pure sales—Education sales, fitness sales, retail sales, car sales, billboard sales, or similar customer-focused industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven personality.
- Ability to handle and convert high volumes of inbound enquiries.
- Professional presentation and customer service skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
