The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business, converting leads, and expanding IBF’s client base for diesel, biodiesel, and UCO-related services. This role requires strong field experience, relationship building, and consistent follow-up to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
_ Key Responsibilities:_
- Identify, develop, and convert new sales opportunities in the assigned region.
- Meet clients across construction, logistics, FMCG, waste management, and industrial sectors.
- Prepare offers, proposals, and pricing sheets in coordination with management.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Support onboarding of new clients and coordinate with operations for execution.
- Track monthly sales performance, pipeline, and targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service satisfaction.
_ Requirements:_
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in fuel supply, logistics, FMCG, industrial sales, or related sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- UAE driving license preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi industrial zones is an advantage.
- Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
