Sales Executive

Job Summary-:

The Sales Executive – Indoor Sales will be responsible for generating and managing sales opportunities through cold calling, client follow-ups, preparation of quotations and presentations, and end-to-end coordination with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services. The role requires strong product knowledge of Bosch automotive systems, customer handling skills, and coordination abilities to ensure customer satisfaction from enquiry to post-sales support.

Job Responsibilities-:

Sales & Business Development

• Conduct cold calling to identify and generate new business opportunities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries related to Bosch automotive products and services
• Promote Bosch products, spare parts, and service solutions to workshops, fleet owners, and corporate clients
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers

Client Interaction & Documentation

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product proposals
• Generate accurate quotations, proforma invoices, and follow up for order confirmation
• Assist in contract preparation, pricing negotiations, and documentation

Coordination & Order Processing

• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, service, logistics, and finance departments
• Ensure smooth order processing from order receipt to delivery and service completion
• Track order status and provide regular updates to clients

After-Sales Support

• Coordinate service schedules and technical support for clients
• Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Reporting & CRM

Maintain customer data, enquiry records, and sales reports

• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
