We are hiring an ambitious
Sales Executive
to drive business growth across Saudi Arabia within the hospitality sector.
This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with strong experience in FF&E or OS&E who enjoys hunting new business, building senior-level relationships, and closing deals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities

Own and grow B2B and project-based sales across KSA

Build relationships with hotels, restaurants, hospitality suppliers, designers, architects, and procurement firms

Conduct 12–15 qualified client meetings per week

Target hotel groups, resorts, and large-scale developments
-
Identify new hotel openings and refurbishment projects
-
Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets
-
Negotiate pricing, discounts, and commercial terms
-
Work closely with regional HQ for tenders, quotations, and sales support

Maintain accurate CRM updates and report weekly sales progress
-
Travel across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Medina
-
Represent the brand at trade shows and industry exhibitions
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FF&E or OS&E within hospitality

Strong, established network in the hospitality industry (essential)

Proven success in closing sales and managing multiple opportunities

Fluent in Arabic and English

Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented

Strong planning and time management skills

Confident communicator with a friendly, professional personality

Comfortable with frequent travel and face-to-face client meetings

Valid Saudi driving license and own car (required)
