Role Summary
We are seeking dynamic and result-driven Outdoor Sales Executives to accelerate business growth by acquiring new clients and promoting freight forwarding and logistics solutions in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue.
- Actively meet prospective clients and promote Export & Import Sea Freight services.
- Bring in business through existing customer base and market references.
- Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with customers and industry contacts.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through consistent field sales efforts.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in pure freight forwarding (UAE experience is mandatory).
- Must have genuine and active customers for Export / Import Sea Freight.
- Strong UAE market network with proven sales performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasing personality with a client-centric approach.
- Good knowledge of freight forwarding shipping, logistics, and supply chain operations.
