Job Description – Outdoor Sales Executive (Male)

Location: UAE (Bur Dubai)

Role Summary

We are seeking dynamic and result-driven Outdoor Sales Executives to accelerate business growth by acquiring new clients and promoting freight forwarding and logistics solutions in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Actively meet prospective clients and promote Export & Import Sea Freight services.
  • Bring in business through existing customer base and market references.
  • Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with customers and industry contacts.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through consistent field sales efforts.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in pure freight forwarding (UAE experience is mandatory).
  • Must have genuine and active customers for Export / Import Sea Freight.
  • Strong UAE market network with proven sales performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasing personality with a client-centric approach.
  • Good knowledge of freight forwarding shipping, logistics, and supply chain operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
