Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement

Greet and assist customers visiting the Baume & Mercier counter.

Understand customer needs and recommend Baume & Mercier products that fit preferences.

Close sales effectively while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Achieve individual and counter sales targets and KPIs.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers (especially luxury watch buyers).
Product & Brand Knowledge

Maintain thorough knowledge of Baume & Mercier watch collections, features, materials, and pricing.

Explain product value, craftsmanship, and warranty/service offerings clearly to customers.
Counter Operations

Keep the counter well-organized, merchandised, and stocked.

Ensure accurate pricing, tagging, and inventory checks.

Process sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and payment handling accurately.

Assist with stock replenishment and communicate low inventory to store/brand management.
Customer Service & After-Sales

Answer customer queries promptly and professionally.

Support after-sales processes (e.g., warranty registration, servicing information).

Follow up with customers for service reminders or new launches.
Teamwork & Coordination

Work closely with Shoppers Stop store staff and brand supervisors.

Participate in counter meetings, brand promotions, and store campaigns.

Support visual merchandising standards and seasonal branding initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications

Education:
Preferably Graduate (Retail/Business/Communication or related field)

Experience:
Prior retail experience, ideally in luxury watches/jewellery/apparel

Strong sales skills with a customer-first approach

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Confidence in engaging with diverse customers (incl. premium clientele)

Basic POS and billing software proficiency

Passion for luxury products and trends
