Job Overview

Scaleup Connect is hiring a Sales Executive on behalf of its client to support business expansion by managing both local and international clients. This role requires handling the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closure, while building strong client relationships through effective communication and negotiation.

The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in client interactions, and comfortable working with overseas customers through virtual platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients through cold calling, follow-ups, and email outreach
• Manage end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, qualification, presentations, negotiation, and deal closure
• Conduct virtual meetings, product demos, and presentations for international clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Negotiate pricing, proposals, and contract terms to close profitable deals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
• Prepare and submit sales reports, performance updates, and forecasts
• Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services or service-based industries
• Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently while meeting sales targets
• Comfortable interacting with international clients across time zones
