Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, and networking
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
  • Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software)

Experience

  • 1–2 years for junior roles
