We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets while representing the company’s products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits
- Conduct market research on customer needs and competitor activities
- Present and promote products and services to prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide post-sales support
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
- Attend industry events and networking sessions
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telecom, real estate, banking, or solutions industry preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Valid QID and eligibility to work in Qatar
