We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets while representing the company’s products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits
  • Conduct market research on customer needs and competitor activities
  • Present and promote products and services to prospective clients
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide post-sales support
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
  • Attend industry events and networking sessions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telecom, real estate, banking, or solutions industry preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Valid QID and eligibility to work in Qatar
