Position : Female Sales
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in petroleum / diesel / fuel trading sales
- Experience in B2B sales (transport companies, construction sites, factories) is preferred
- Knowledge of UAE fuel market is an advantage
Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of diesel products (AGO, EN590) and pricing structures
- Familiarity with VAT invoicing, LPOs, delivery notes, and contracts
- Basic knowledge of storage tanks, tanker capacities, and delivery process
- Awareness of market price fluctuations and competitor rates
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new customers for diesel and petroleum products
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Prepare and share quotations based on daily market rates
- Follow up on LPOs, deliveries, and outstanding payments
- Coordinate with operations, drivers, and accounts department
- Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving market
- Good reporting skills (daily sales & collection reports)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication

- Self-driven and result-oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Professional conduct and ethics
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory for field sales)
- Salary Structure
- Basic Salary: AED 2,500 – 5,000 (based on experience)
