Sales & Customer Handling
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in customers
- Understand customer requirements related to heavy vehicles, diesel engines, spare parts, and industrial equipment
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
- Prepare and issue quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders
- Follow up on quotations to convert inquiries into confirmed orders
Coordination & Order Processing
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and technical teams for stock availability and delivery timelines
- Ensure timely order processing, invoicing, and dispatch coordination
- Maintain proper documentation for sales transactions
Client Relationship & After-Sales Support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and coordinate resolutions
- Support after-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction
Reporting & CRM
- Maintain and update customer data, sales records, and follow-up status
- Prepare basic sales reports, enquiry logs, and order summaries
- Assist the sales manager with market feedback and customer insights
Required Skills & Competencies Technical & Industry Skills
- Basic knowledge of heavy vehicles, diesel engines, spare parts, or industrial machinery
- Ability to understand technical specifications and communicate them clearly to customers
Sales & Communication Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory; Arabic is an advantage)
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability
Computer & System Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
- Power point presentations.
