Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Software Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and effectively presenting our software solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software solutions.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions to meet their business needs.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals in CRM.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and software solutions to identify market opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software sales or IT solutions sales.
- Strong understanding of software products, SaaS solutions, and technology trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred:
- Experience selling SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or enterprise software.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and consultative selling.
