About the Role:
We are seeking a high-performing and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE construction market, specifically in Natural Marble, Porcelain, and Sintered Stone. You will be responsible for driving sales through projects, targeting contractors, consultants, architects, and fit-out companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the construction and fit-out sectors (B2B).
- Promote and sell our range of Natural Marble, Porcelain, and Sintered Stone to developers and contractors.
- Leverage existing network to generate leads and close project deals.
- Conduct site visits, present product samples, and provide technical advice to clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE building materials industry (Specifically Marble, Stone, or Surface solutions).
- Network: An established database/network of Contractors, Architects, and Real Estate Developers in the UAE is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills.
- Knowledge: Technical knowledge of stone specifications (Natural vs. Artificial/Sintered) is a must.
- Mobility: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
