Job Summary

Kestrel Education is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell its professional development, career counseling, and experiential learning programs. The role focuses on engaging prospective students, parents, and institutional partners, converting leads into enrollments, and supporting the organization’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Kestrel Education’s career counseling, learning programs, and professional development services.
  • Engage and counsel prospective students and parents to understand their academic and career needs.
  • Convert inquiries and leads into successful enrollments through effective follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, schools, and partner institutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain lead tracking records.
  • Coordinate with academic and counseling teams to ensure accurate program representation.
  • Participate in events, workshops, and outreach activities to generate leads.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand educational services and explain value clearly
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on conversions and results
  • Basic CRM, lead management, and reporting skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience in education sales, counseling, or service-based sales is an advantage
  • Fresh candidates with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply
