About the Role
We are looking for a driven Project Sales Executive with experience selling customized hospitality products to hotels in Dubai. This role requires someone who understands procurement cycles, project timelines, and supplier coordination — and knows how to close.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and close B2B sales with hotels, procurement companies, and corporate groups
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through client visits, telesales, and networking
• Conduct meetings, present samples/display setups, and prepare customized quotations
• Follow up on proposals, deliveries, samples, and payments
• Coordinate pricing, orders, and timelines with suppliers in India and China
• Maintain sales reports, trackers, and monthly forecasts
• Achieve monthly sales targets while building long-term client relationships

Required Product Knowledge

• Guest room & housekeeping packages (amenities, bathroom/leather sets)
• Hollowware: crockery, cutlery, buffet and service ware
• Leather items

Requirements

• 3–4 years’ experience in the hotel supplier industry in Dubai
• Proven experience selling project-based/customized products
• Established relationships with hotel procurement teams
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Self-driven, target-oriented, hands-on seller (not a managerial role)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Personal car (required)

Compensation

• Salary: AED 6,000 – 10,000 (depending on experience)
• Commission: Attractive, performance-based
