ROLE SUMMARY

The Corporate Sales Executive drives revenue by identifying and selling products and services to corporate clients, schools, and institutions. The role targets clients seeking venues for events, team-building activities, field trips, bulk vouchers, product launches, private screenings, and group activities, while managing relationships with schools to organize field trips and ensure coordination and exceptional customer service.


ROLE PROFILE

  • Conduct market research and proactively identify new sales opportunities across corporate and school segments.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Manage corporate events, field trips, and voucher sales to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure market penetration and repeat business.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events while handling objections professionally.
  • Ensure accurate CRM records, prepare event briefs, and coordinate with operations and finance teams.
  • Meet quarterly and monthly sales targets while leveraging upselling, teamwork, and strong communication skills.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and strong computer proficiency.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of direct sales experience in a dynamic environment with proven KPI achievement.
  • Flexible, adaptable, self-motivated team player with a professional and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Excellent personal organization, time management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused with strong sales passion and fast learning ability.
