Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Travel & Tourism team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling a wide range of travel services including visa processing, international air tickets, holiday packages, hotel bookings, and travel-related services worldwide. The role requires strong sales skills, excellent customer handling, and the ability to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell travel products including tourist visas, air tickets, holiday packages, hotels, cruises, and travel insurance
• Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in clients
• Understand client travel requirements and recommend suitable destinations, packages, and services
• Prepare and share quotations, itineraries, and invoices in a timely manner
• Follow up with clients to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and follow-ups in the system
• Coordinate with operations, visa, and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Stay updated on visa regulations, airline fares, promotions, and travel trends
• Handle after-sales support and resolve customer issues professionally

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in travel and tourism sales (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of visa processes, GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo), airline fares, and holiday packages
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Customer-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented
